When it comes to adding new users to the Aboard platform, they will get notified differently based on their access level.
- Members do not receive an immediate notification as this access level is typically reserved for new team members. Anyone with a
Member access level will be notified when:
- They are assigned tasks on a new journey as a
Boarder
- As a
Boardee, they will be invited to the platform on the morning of their first day
- Admins do receive an immediate invitation to the Aboard platform via email or Slack as soon as their email is added
- Super Admins do receive an immediate invitation to the Aboard platform via email or Slack as soon as their email is added
