Programs are the templated workflows that act as the backbone to any Journeys! You’re able to use as many Programs as you want when creating a Journey. Creating your first Program is easy:

Once you have a (or multiple) Program setup, it's time to add some of your team members so they can either support (i.e. as a Boarder) or be onboarded (i.e. as a Boardee) 👉 Add People
