Aboard’s integration with Greenhouse allows teams to do more with less. As soon as candidates are marked as hired within Greenhouse, they'll be automatically added into Aboard and their new employee journey will be automatically drafted, and activated.

How it Works

Greenhouse and Aboard have a well connected relationship and sync with each other every 1 hour. Users can also manually sync every 30 mins after the most recent sync. As soon as a user is marked as Hired in Greenhouse, that user is auto-added to Aboard (as a Member) along with the following information:

Aboard then creates a Draft Journey and includes any Default Programs, then notifies all Super Admin via email and/or Slack that there’s a newly drafted Journey.

Create a Harvest API key
