As a Boardee, you’ll receive a Welcome Email on your first day welcoming you to the company, and to the Aboard platform. You’ll click on the email, and will be able to log in with the email it was sent to. This is your experience:

Boardees are not notified about tasks due before their first day unless you assign them a task after activating their Journey.
On their first day, they’ll receive a Welcome Email instead of a barrage of notifications.
On their second day (and beyond) if they have tasks assigned, they’ll receive notifications.
If you want Boardees to log in before their first day, they’ll be able to login with whatever email is populated in the Work Email field.
